St Martin-in-the-Fields

St Martin-in-the-Fields (www.smitf.org), Trafalgar Square, is renowned throughout the world for its music, architecture, hospitality and a forward-thinking approach to supporting people in need. From London’s first free lending library, to pioneering work with homeless people, and an internationally acclaimed music programme, St Martin’s continues to break new ground in defining what it means to be a church.

Visitors to St Martin’s will discover this beautifully restored Georgian church with 20 church services and 6 concerts per week. Since 1726 St Martin’s has played host to some of the greatest musicians including Handel and Mozart. Downstairs in the crypt visitors can enjoy the warm welcome of the award-winning Café in the Crypt as well as Brass Rubbing, the Shop and the Gallery.
